Okay, so if I am understanding correctly, Luke is an actual licensed qualified builder, and has nothing to help actually build, the contestants can do some of the plastering, specifically the rough coat. The contestants can do things,now Tess and Luke are blaming the block when they have had a ton of builders in their place when other contestants have had 3 maybe 4.
I absolutely love that the Block does so much work for charity, what a beautiful thing to do for the community!!! The Block in one of our favorite shows!!!
