There is no excuse for the block not to have a proper, waterproof roof in place before the inside renovation begins. It’s foolish and unfair to the contestants.
As much as I don’t like Jesse, at least he knew that he needed to send workers home and do as much by himself as possible to save money. Luke should have been on the tools from day one, there were times over a dozen workers were in his house, Tess and Luke could have done the rough coat of plaster, Tess could have pitched in, and Luke is a qualified builder he should have been on the tools
Mark was absolutely correct when he told Tess to grow up. She and Luke are lazy, immature brats.
