House 1 was by far the best looking facade and garden… how are they last? These judges are a bunch of hacks.
House 1 had a lawn and the judges took points off because it wasn’t big enough for children to play on. House 5 had no lawn and spiky cactus’s everywhere and they won. The judging criteria is completely random.
Sorry but house 5 is not worthy of the win. Desert gardens are fine but there were hardly any plants and it is neither kid or dog friendly. Family home it ain’t. House 1 spent $15k more than house 3, whilst whinging about having no money. House 1 should’ve scaled back the complexity, put in a larger lawn and they could have won.
