I thought I was the only one noticing this. I really was late to the game here, but I finally binge watched about epi 17 thru 36 in about a week and each time I grew to like Al more and more. Jack started to lose interest in Dominica the week she involved herself in Selin’s relationship. The girl, Dominica knew from One Night from the ‘hen’ party. When Dominica got presumptive, disrespectful and invasive to Selin and Anthony’s affairs; it was from that point On Jack’s behavior towards her started to change.
problem is they patched it up (Jack & Dom) and Dom was right about Selin. She and Anthony ended it. I have an autistic son and I know the challenges. There’s no way someone like Selin would be able to handle a stepdaughter, namely Anthony’s autistic 9 yr. old young daughter. He knew that too. He was marrying both for a wife, and someone stable for his special needs daughter as well.
Domenica is so awfully anxiously pushing that poor guy….

I’m really confused. If Holly thought that he was going to write “leave”, and she couldn’t see anything ever improving between them (nor did she want to “waste anyone’s time”), then why did she write “stay”? Plus, I think he’s absolutely not in it for the right reasons. He wrote her off as a potential partner very quickly, insulted her as a woman, and tore away at her self-esteem, but now wants to stay? Why doesn’t Cody get a decent haircut??! He always looks so damned unkempt, between the hair hanging in his face and the scruffy attempt at a beard. He’s definitely no catch looking the way he does, and I think he’s damned lucky to have a beautiful woman like Seline by his side. Oh, Holly! Please don’t be fooled by that smooth talking snake. He’s trying so hard to get you to feel sorry for him, and is desperately trying to paint himself as a victim. Fear of rejection, abandonment issues. Such vague terms.
