Bilgola Plateau. Australian Idol voice-coach Erana Clarke and her two kids love their home on Sydney’s northern beaches. None of them want to leave however a divorce has left Erana with little choice. The home presents well at the front, but the back is a nightmare that sends buyers running for the door. The garden is a sloping jungle of weeds, the bedrooms are dark and dingy and the laundry is a war zone. Will buyers fork out the asking price or has Erana priced herself out of the market?
