This is so unrealistic. 25.000 AU dollars would maybe get you a new carport and have the old one removed, that’s it. Having the garden done, new door, windows, Velux, kitchen, pool etc etc Even if all the labor is free, material costs alone have nothing to do with this budget, pure fantasy.
it’s amazing what product placement and sponsored materials/labour can do. That’s why people want to be on this show, renos that would cost 10x the price, and blow out on time, get done quickly and cheaply.
