Hoarding is a form of mental illness, my heart breaks for this man, I hope as the show moves on this evening the team uses great care and compassion.

I have noticed this in many other episodes as well, there is absolutely no insulation in the walls, even in this episode, where the hole is in the living room, there is no moisture barrier between the exterior brick walls and the interior walls of the house and absolutely no insulation. Building codes must be different in Australia, in America you must have moisture barriers between all exterior and interior walls as well as proper insulation that does vary in thickness from region and harsh climate.
