How is it even legal to sell a house with no working bathroom! In America you would never get a mortgage because it is not legal to sell a home with no working bathroom, you can’t sell, rent to tenants , you can’t get an occupancy permit, nothing! So how is it legal to sell that house with no working bathroom! And again no insulation in the walls. I’m not even sure the electrical wiring is up to code.
