WTF!!!!! She’s GREEDY and UNGRATEFUL, if not for her real estate agent fronting the money to remodel the house she wouldn’t be getting the great offers that she’s turning down. Her greed is going to bite her in that big, wide ass. SMH
I hope they get rid of the colored lights around the ceiling, they are tacky!
If you’re selling your home, even if you have very little money, it would have cost her nothing to take the rubbish she threw in the back yard to the bin!
I completely agree with Patrick Smith’s comment, she is greedy, she put absolutely no money into the redo, she had an incredible realtor who paid for all the redo, now she wants more money, hopefully there is an agreement signed that the realtor will be reimbursed for the renovating.
