First of all marketing it as “water front” is an out right lie ! I am completely shocked an agent would agree to doing that! The house has several areas of damage and the property itself disgusting, if you’re selling wouldn’t you at least clean up the house and property. This is another couple just wanting the show to come in and do all the work
The problem I have always seen with “flat pack” kitchen cabinets are within six months the weight of your dishes bow the shelves, they are just flake board and glue with sheeting film over them. Builders here in America don’t recommend them at all.
no one in their right mind is going to pay their price , the house is way to small , and by the time they take any offer the house will be run down again because they didn’t take care of it before and they won’t take care of it now.
