Probably not cost effective on such a large farm, but corn gluten meal can be used to reduce weeds. It acts as a pre-emergent inhibitor, killing sprouting seeds, but not existing plants. It would take a few seasons to get it fully under control provided any weeds that come up are removed before they seed. Don’t till soil since that brings up more seed.
