The whole situation with L, M & H seemed a tad staged as M saw the way H set up Jesse and Claire and M just played straight in H’s trap. The smirk on his fasce said it all.
AGREE…. I also find it very hard to understand why they would set them two couples up (when they know how much they hate each other) but mix up all the other couples.
Weird after them saying about Harrison blowing up Claire and Jessie’s relationship yet they go and do this….Pffft…

Poor Duncan. He tries so hard. Alyssa is a twat. Of course Duncan “will never understand” because she’s not explaining to him or allowing him to understand. It’s not a concern that the child will be no 1, it’s her concern and she keeps throwing it at his feet. He should cut his losses and run. He deserves so much better.

The producers must have noticed that the show was dragging a bit so they decided to throw a spanner in the works and undermine the couples who had a chance of succeeding. The so-called feedback the newly paired people will give each other has zero value, because none of them have great track records in relationships. For example, how can Cameron, who has never had a relationship, help Alyssa, one of the most screwed up people this season?
And funny how he hugs other women, but never his wife.

Yuck…that’s me tapping out. Bronte enabling Harrison’s narcissism and gaslighting is one thing, but the producers sharing that abuse around is just too much.
The most obvious of this narcissism is that Harrison’s language is always self-referential: “What I would like to see”, “This is really hard for me”. Literally, he only thinks of people and things in relation to himself.

Bronte starts off by saying that Mel gaslit Layton…that is sooooo rich coming from her. This challenge is uncalled for and not needed in this season. I can see it working in previous ones, but there is enough drama with B and H here, and it’s clear they are here for fame. This challenge makes no sense actually. Seeing the judge’s faces in the CC, I am stunned that they allowed producers to get away with this one.
Someone explain to me how these people are considered experts! Oh wait maybe experts in creating good tv, but definitely not experts in relationships. Layton is absolutely right in saying that no real relationship would involve swapping couples.
Who agrees with me that it’s time for a show where it’s about real couples, not people that just want to participate so that they gain clout and followers? I’m so tired of the influencer mentality and how everything is scripted now to allow for influencers to be created. If you look back at past participants, so many are no longer in their original careers, they’re all making money off of their appearance on reality tv. if this show is all ‘actors’, then duncan should get an award for the best male actor in a lead role, because i felt his pain right down to my toes. he is totally believable in his pain and hurt from his moron ‘wife’.
Watching from the states…and I actually haven’t watched this episode yet. Just from the previews of this episode, I can say, that this “twist” in the experiment, is the most illogical decision, in my opinion. I see it as an absolutely undermining, booby trap. To put one of the spouses with a different married spouse, is totally disrespectful to all the participants. So, if Jessie and Claire, and Janelle and Adam were still there…would they have put Clair and Adam together?!?! It feels so underhanded and exploitive. UGH.

god duncan needs to run asap, alysaa just wants the camera on her so she started this bs !!! such a spoiled brat. i liked bronte at the start and felt for her, but its becoming increasingly more obvious that her and harrison are only feeding into it for the fame. they both need a slap. bronte is horrible and evil!!!
If I were there last night after Jesse and Claire said to leave , I would turned to Harrison and said “You’re a complete asshole and if this wasn’t TV, I’d kick your selfish, fake bloke, ass – period”:
Layton should go into Bronte’s apartment and say “Our relationship is strong, we are more than likely going to make it, there’s nothing I can learn from you that will make us stronger. Conversely, your relationship is more than likely not to make it, there’s nothing I can say to you that hasn’t already been said to help you see the light. Therefore, for the next three days let’s forget the other person is staying in this room”.
