I thought it was common knowledge that if you order something specifically made for you you have to ok it via email so the company has proof that you can not return it, otherwise, the order doesn’t exist. The same rules apply in Europe, that is not a new thing.

Totally agreed! It is common knowledge/practice. I don’t know whom Ms Lynda, who wrote the other reply, has dealt with but in my experience, special orders must always be confirmed via email. Oh, what to do… I think it is more of a karma thing given the very rude demeanor of the girl in house 1.
