Did they really deserve the win?
If Emma and Ben had the gates up , I think they would have won. Sonny and Alicia deserved the win because their yard was complete and it was beautiful. Plus to give the car to her mother was such a selfless thing to do, I’m happy she won.
So glad the video worked first time! Also was able to avoid the comments phew!! Great show loved each garden and those that got negatives felt could be easily rectified with some more plants. Loved the sustainability of the girls and the boys gardens. Surprised that house 4 can consider themselves underdogs when they have taken the most valuable prize ever on the block! When they whinge sounds quite dismissive of their 260k caravan! They got the best prizes of the season! I like sonny and Alicia, but did the have the best front yard. No, Ben and Emma definitely had a better yard, even the boys with their easy of care front yard, Tho having contestants NOT win anything would/could put off future contestants. I’m glad they won.
I agree it was incredibly plain and didn’t look established it just looked boring Ben and Emma deserved the win for sure !!
I preferred the boys’ yard. Also thought it was odd Darren said ‘it doesn’t matter what it looks like in the future, we are judging it today’, when Dave Franklin commented on what it would look like come auction time in every single garden. Isn’t it just clever spending when you’ve run out of money? They’ve done all the important bits and time will take care of the rest. I don’t begrudge house 4 the win, but I thought the side of their garden looked a bit bare.

Most of the front yards were beautiful. I agree with the judges, Alicia and Sonny yard was my favorite as well.
I don’t think the boys are going to win and they’re going to be crushed. I believe that the winners are going to be house 1 or house 4.

How come house 3 got slammed for having no plants against that middle wall of their house, but house 5 also had none and no one mentioned it?
