Scotty your house is hideous, over crowded, with little styling. Really who wants a wood burning fire place so close to a bathtub and a piano in the hallway.Â
Side note, great to see those cheaters, Omar and Oz get their justice desserts.

Why is it only Omar and Oz get penalized for buying a piano at less than 50% of retail value yet house 3, Ankur and Sharon can buy a mirror listed at 800.00 for 100.00 and win a challenge for 12000 fireplace.
This was the first thing I thought of when they penalized Omar and Oz. To top it off they were suppose to get something to go in the kitchen, everyone stuck to the brief and they went and got a mirror. Sharon and Ankur’s constant complaining is also getting a bit much.
The difference is that the challenge was to buy something old and then get it appraised and hope that you would make a profit from it. That is what every contestant did. Ankur and Sharon bought the mirror for $100 and the appraiser said that it was worth $800. Absolutely not the same thing as paying $7500 for a $36,000 piano. I do agree that they should have to keep it in their kitchen as that was the challenge.

It’s no flex bragging you went to the pub every day, but your site looks like a tip! It’s disrespectful. Dan should just take all of that away. If you can’t take care of it, you don’t deserve it

But Mitch set them straight!

Re watch episode, value at 800.00 at vendor. Was apprised 250.00
With how quickly the vendor went from 800 to 100, I think they knew they price was far over the actual value.
