Bilgola Plateau. Australian Idol voice-coach Erana Clarke and her two kids love their home on Sydney’s northern beaches. None of them want to leave however a divorce has left Erana with little choice. The home presents well at the front, but the back is a nightmare that sends buyers running for the door. The garden is a sloping jungle of weeds, the bedrooms are dark and dingy and the laundry is a war zone. Will buyers fork out the asking price or has Erana priced herself out of the market? I’m sorry, but this woman first of all, could have and should have cleaned the back areas and staged the home, she is just wanting someone else to do the work, and she thinks she will get tons more money because she put in what was needed to make repairs that we’re stopping the house from selling. She just won’t listen to.
Um…. I am just wondering, when Charlie built the “Cover up wooden covering “ for the pool units and the exterior air conditioning unit, wouldn’t the exterior air conditioning unit over heat and be a fire hazard if it was completely enclosed?That fan on the side of it is the units way of reducing unit temperature, here in America we are not by law permitted to completely enclose any external air conditioning unit, we can build a screening fence but the slats must be placed at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart and there must be no less than… Read more »
