Don’t understand homeowners who think they know more than the experts when it comes to pricing. Some will listen and sell and then there are those who hold out for more and that’s never a sure thing. He wants 2mil and only has $30k to spend, hmmm…Dennis and Wendy did an awesome job with next to nothing.
I don’t understand why they can’t drive down the driveway. Can’t they park their cars at the house? I would never buy a home that you could not use the driveway.
Why would he not listen to the current value of the house, and take the advice from an expert. That house isn’t worth over two million!
