Selling Houses

Kallangur. Steve and Louise have had their house, just north of Brisbane on the market for 11 months. But after being trashed while being rented it needs a lot of work before getting a sale.

Newcastle. Julie is in debt and desperate to sell her 3 bedroom home. Originally asking for over $500,000 she has had to drop her price to a more reasonable $450,000.

Chatswood. Greg and Marge have been trying to sell their four bedroom Chatswood house for 17 months.

Greystanes. Julie and Grant have four growing daughters and they badly need more space, so they decided to buy a house and land package. Trouble is they bought before selling their current house.

San Remo. Sally and Bryan have been trying to sell a three bedroom home for four years! They are desperate to pack up and take off on their bikes around Australia.

Pymble. Cynthia and her brother Russ inherited a large and dated family home. Desperate to resume their normal lives, they tidied the place up and put it on the market – but still no luck selling it.

Glen Iris. For some, a beautiful house in the suburbs is a dream come true but for others it’s a nightmare.

Marrickville. There’s only one thing worse than a forced sale and that’s a forced sale in a falling market. Single mum Tania has two kids and is currently facing this ordeal.

Portarlington. Gill and Diane are keen to sell up and travel round Australia but they’ve only had two viewings in eight months. Their home needs a serious update, luckily Andrew and his makeover team are on hand.

Kurrajong Heights. Iris and Joe are keen to downsize from their acreage. However, their home has been on the market for over two years!
