Great Outdoors Week. The remaining bakers make a Damper, Spiral Curry Puffs and a Gourmet Picnic Basket – perfect for an alfresco feast.

Surprise Week. The remaining bakers create Lamingtons, a Surprise Pie, and Remote-Control Vehicle Cakes.

Spring Week. In Spring Week, the remaining bakers take on Cupcake Bouquets, a Raspberry Pavlova, and a Showstopper Tart Within a Tart.

Greek Week. The Remaining bakers tackle Loukoumades, a Tsoureki with Ouzo-Marzipan Eggs and Mythology-themed Filo creations.

In Savoury Week, our remaining amateur bakers create Decorated Quiches, Gougeres and showstopping Sausage Roll Centrepieces.

Biscuit Week. In Biscuit Week, our remaining amateur bakers compete to make their signature Standing Cookies, Caprese Sandwich Biscuits, and Floating Biscuit Boats.

Bread Week. The remaining amateur bakers compete in three challenges for Bread Week to make Filled Baguettes, Concha Bread and Decorative Braided Loaves.

Cake Week. Twelve of Australia’s best amateur bakers take on three different cake challenges – a Sculptural cake, an Ultimate Chocolate cake and a Burn Away Cake.

Grand Finale. In the grand finale, bakers vie for the title with a top forward cake, a raspberry and chocolate entremet, and a spectacular choux-stopper creation.

It’s Patisserie Week as our remaining bakers compete for a spot in the finale, creating an En Croute, a Spiced Charlotte Russe and Modern Viennoisserie.
