Great Australian Bake Off – Season 9

Grand Finale. In the grand finale, bakers vie for the title with a top forward cake, a raspberry and chocolate entremet, and a spectacular choux-stopper creation.

It’s Patisserie Week as our remaining bakers compete for a spot in the finale, creating an En Croute, a Spiced Charlotte Russe and Modern Viennoisserie.

Earth Week. Special episode dedicated to sustainability and championing green initiatives. Bakers will craft raw cakes and stunning edible terrariums, celebrating the beauty and bounty of nature.

Japan Week. Our remaining amateur bakers tackle Shokupan Buns, a Matcha & Black Sesame Crepe Roll and show off their Double Fromage Cheesecakes.

In Little and Large week, our seven remaining amateur bakers serve up Tiny Tiered cakes, a Giant Chocolate Éclair and the bakers create a whole Biscuit City.

Tropical week gets fruity as our eight remaining amateur bakers make Tropical Tarts, a Mille Feuille and Meringue Bombes.

In Bread Week, our nine remaining amateur bakers create Mini Bagels, Turkish bread with Za’atar and showstopping Reveal Bread.

In Pie Week our 10 remaining amateur bakers compete to make their signature Party Pies, a Galette des Rois, and a fruity Tangram Pie.

Biscuit Week. Eleven remaining amateur bakers compete in three challenges for Biscuit Week to make Decorated Sandwich Biscuits, Pistachio Shortbread and a Biscuit Diorama.
