Why hasn’t the masterclass been added to the stream?

I have enjoyed watching Masterchef AU since it started, however, last night watching the ‘Prickly Ingredients’ episode, I was put off my own meal having seen Sarah Todd handle her chicken with a flesh-coloured plaster, which was coming off. She then when on to present this meal to the Judges, chicken half cooked, I do hope they weren’t ill afterwards. I thought that hygiene, to be a big issue for a cooking show. What difference was there to Sarah handling food with essentially an open wound and Karmar’s cake falling on the ground (not served to the Judges).
