My heart goes out to those poor people, we live up in the mountains of Pennsylvania, our elevation is over 2,500 feet high, many times because of snow melt and early spring rains the rivers that run through our valley flooded, we live near Johnstown Pennsylvania United States, we understand how devastating floods can be.
