I don’t think if the room is unfinished you should get the under budget room, the girls didn’t overspend because they couldn’t. I think house rooms score was too low.
Han is a financial liability. It’s hilarious they won for budget being that spent all of their money. The 30k they’ve received won’t go too far because they’re already in debt.
