It stops at 10sec, 15min, 30min, 45, and 1h for me every time too. But if I keep pressing the play button over and over until it gets to 15seconds or 15min and 5 seconds etc and then refresh the page it starts playing again. Annoying but whatever works I guess.

I had to turn VPN off and on a few times to get the video to play

When it stops working , I fwd it a few seconds then refresh the page and it works again

I was having so much trouble, I was trying to watch from my iPhone to my smart tv, but could not get it to play. I fixed by downloading the Web Video Cast app and watching through their browser, no issues at all

The issue with stopping every 15min kept happening to me on mobile.
On desktop you get an Ad every 15min, which does stop the video, but you can continue afterwards.
I guess the Ads just don’t work on the mobile viewer which leads to the pausing and not going forward.
Thankfully the hack of “clicking play/pause button until 5 seconds past, and refreshing” works on mobile. Shout out to the other commenter that figured that out.
