The drama makes for excellent TV, I have never watched MAFS before but can’t say I’m not enjoying this.
Wondering what the professionals role is in all this other than the commitment ceremony and watching the dinner party. How are they actually helping the couples? Yes Tayla is awful, but she stated in her application video she’s a control freak and her relationships have ended because of this, not condoning this whatsoever, but how do they help or support the participants throughout this experiment…? Truly baffled right now.

They probably create the “challenges”, and the questions that go in the boxes that they give to the couples. After they watch the dinner parties they probably write the questions they are going to put to the couples at the commitment ceremonies. Some little comments I’ve noticed them say are things like, “I talked with you earlier today and you said this”, so I’d think they check in with them every couple days. Tayl needed to go and fix her disorder first before applying. Unfortunately one of the symptoms of her personality disorder is denial of what is wrong with her. Putting someone in a relationship will not help her, her condition is too severe! It is also unfair to Hugo! I’m disappointed in the experts! I’m sure the instruments they use for selection would have indicated to them that something was not right with Tayla! SMH
