Manu heads to Albany in WA, with new judge Matt Preston and six new teams of home cooks, for chilli mates Che and Dave’s spicy instant restaurant.

We travel to Western Australia’s famous Margaret River region, to the home of married couple Ashlee and Mat, for the final, all-important instant restaurant of this round.

Fabulous Fijians Arrnott and Fuzz host an instant restaurant like no other in Sydney.

The competition continues, as contestants do their best to craft dishes that wow the taste buds of the judges.

Tensions rise between the contestants, as the judges continue critiquing carefully cooked culinary creations.
