Jess & Emma (NSW Group 1). The elimination showdown is decided in the final Instant Restaurant of Group 1. Sisters Jess & Emma are promising a lip-smacking menu. But with old rivals out to settle a score, will they deliver?

Stella & Jazzey (WA Group 1). Teams travel to Western Australia where “Perth’s best waitresses” Stella & Jazzey are aiming to serve up a night to remember. Strap yourselves in for a rollercoaster night!

Stuss & Steve (QLD Group 1). Teams travel to Brisbane where best buddies Stuss & Steve set out on a culinary odyssey. But will their big fat Greek feast be a big, fat fail?

Ash & Matty (QLD Group 1). Teams travel to the Sunshine Coast where surfie couple Ash & Matty are in the zone for their big debut. Will fish out of water Matty sink or swim on a night where sharks are circling at the table?

Kim & Suong (VIC Group 1). Still in Melbourne, supermums Kim & Suong take to the kitchen to share the flavours of their Vietnamese heritage, while at the table a shock insult sparks the biggest blow up of the season!

Roula & Rachael (VIC Group 1). Teams travel to Melbourne where best friends Roula and Rachael are ready to serve up a fresh hit of hip-hop attitude. But is their confidence a ticking time bomb?

Alex & Emily (QLD Group 1). Teams travel to Miami on the Gold Coast where loved up hospitality couple Alex & Emily are aiming to raise the bar. But just as the party gets started, will it all come crashing down?

Josh & Nic (NSW Group 1). Pete and Manu are back again for Australia’s most popular cooking show, My Kitchen Rules. This year, it’s not just the teams who are opening their front doors!
