Apparently, they have a control situation in the neighborhood with vandalism because the graffiti all over the garage at the beginning of the program as well as the building next door at the end of the program is terrible. That would definitely factor into the property value here where I live. But we live in a rural small town not a city, and buyers would be very concerned about safety and vandalism as well as violence if the graffiti in a community was that bad it’s a sure sign there is a problem with gangs .
