If someone did’nt want sexual intimacy whats the point.
At the beginning you have to feel some kind of tingle that is reciprocated. Don’t need to do the full on Cathy and Josh, she tried too hard, just slow burn, when somone (steve, Jonethen and Drew) is not actually feeling it then LET GO, move on. I get they are doing the “We are married” thing but you are not and you are being delusional.

Steve needs to buck his ideas up and just be honest and end the ‘relationship’ if you can call it that. It is obvious that he doesn’t want to have any sexual intimacy with Mishel which must be really hard for her.
