I think it’s very rude that people were laughing at the dish. Yes, it looked quite horrible, but their snickering was uncalled for. Maybe if there had been some sort of veg or greens with it, it would have presented better.
Oh come on, if someone serves what basically looks like a turd with a pot of sauce, 99% of people are going to laugh!
I’m glad they’ve left. Especially sour, joyless Particija. Being so lacking in basic social graces is tiresome, and it does not speak to confidence; quite the opposite, in fact. From what she said, her mother sounds like a horror, so maybe she has done some damage to her daughter. And I know sineine married to a Lithuanian( from the country) and she is fun and jolly, as is her family.
Those two besties, the females, get on my last nerve! The short hair girl does all the talking, and all the long haired girl does is laugh her goofy laugh!
As a Lithuanian myself, the dishes definitely could have been better. There are other dishes that actually do look pleasing to the eye and taste good. Their choice of dishes were in my opinion not the greatest. They could have fermented the beetroots themselves like a week prior and then the colour would have been pink. But that’s my opinion. Plus the judges and others went in blind since the dishes aren’t known to them
yeah so much for being mysterious…worked to their disadvantage. Food was served according to their temperment. arrogantly over relaxed and a mystery disaster. if they were neck amd neck and needed a couple points based on their aura, they would hav easily been denied.
