Refugee: Curry. Adam is joined by Lentil As Anything owner and creator Shanaka Fernando and chef colleague and Sri Lankan refugee Chandra Kanapathipillai as they prepare their ultimate curries.

Refugee: In a Nutshell. Adam is joined by Afghan refugee and owner of Zac’s Great Food Zac Zikiriya, and advocate for refugee and migrant women Rosemary Kariuki as they whip up some nutty inspired dishes.

Refugee: VIP. Adam and guests Ethiopian refugee Sara Taddasse and Burmese refugee Sally Win are in the Cook Up kitchen to create VIP – very important plate – dishes.

Secondary Cuts. Adam, comedian Gen Fricker and chef at The Old Fitz Anna Ugarte-Carral are in the kitchen to create some delicious meals using secondary cuts.

Pantry Dinners. Delicious curators Warren Mendes and Phoebe Wood join Adam in the kitchen to make dishes inspired by items they have in their pantries.

Modern Indian. Chef Adam Liaw invites special guests, including celebrities and fellow chefs, into the kitchen to help him cook up some delicious meals.
