Taskmaster NZ – Season 5

It’s down to the wire to find our series 5 winner. We see 5 new countries and tourism videos created, witness the greatest ever rap song about the food pyramid and see who takes home the head!

The penultimate episode of season five sees an insight into Paul’s bedtime routine, we get to watch balls go in holes, artworks come to life, and the reason why Ben called Hayley mustard-hands.

Tom Sainsbury shows off his film making skills with a silent film, and the teams put on two very different corporate retreats.

Abby’s prize task leaves Jeremy Wells speechless, we see incredible things an incredible number of times, and Hayley attempts to finish a task months after it started.

The cast are asked to get on the same wavelength as Paul when it comes to fashion, we get to see five brand new biopics and there’s some trickery afoot with a complicated pirates map and tape player.

It’s halfway through the season and we’re celebrating by catapulting eggs. the cast celebrate the new year and stick to their resolutions, while Ben lives life to the fullest with a frisbee.

We see Tofiga Fepulea’i do “his favourite task”, the teams attempt to do impressions and build towers, while Ben Hurley teaches Paul how to remember every New Zealand prime minister.

Tom Sainsbury devises a new way of eating marshmallows involving binoculars, Hayley Sproull has a meltdown over a lamp, and we see five movie trailers about a trailer.

Our second episode features a team task with a secret twist, we learn about the best moment of Hayley Sproull’s life, and Ben Hurley has one of the greatest athletic moments in Taskmaster history.

Taskmaster NZ is back for season 5 with Abby Howells, Ben Hurley, Hayley Sproull, Tofiga Fepulea’i and Tom Sainsbury all competing for a golden statue of Jeremy Wells’ head.
