Andrew shouldn’t take it for granted that because he’s friends with Nicole that she’ll give him a listing. Andrew was bothered about Fraser comment on agents with children yet when Fraser was confronted about it, Andrew remained silent and felt that Fraser wasn’t being treated fair. Andrew is confusing!!!! If I was in the position to hire any of these agents, Nicole is the only one I’d hire so far.
Please stop using Fraser age as an excuse for his ignorance. Fraser is 25 not 12, he needs to learn how to read the room and listen when someone has an issue with him. Going on the defensive, not listening and disagreeing with cause Fraser lots of problems in the future.
